Festive Shoebox Packing - Winter Holidays Event

Join TimeGivers for an afternoon packing and decorating festive shoeboxes and making cards for children and families in the community. Your shoeboxes will be filled with gifts donated by yourselves; we will also provide some donations to help fill the boxes on the day.

About the event
This festive season, your shoebox will help bring joy to families in the community. Each lovingly packed box will be given to families who need it most, spreading kindness and joy during the festive period.
This is a family-and-friends event. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Please book one ticket per child attending. If you are bringing multiple children, please book multiple tickets. This helps us ensure we have enough materials for everyone to enjoy the activities.
How it works:
Each child can pack ONE shoebox for either a primary-age or secondary-age child - please bring your own shoeboxes if you can, however we will be providing some if anyone doesn't have one
Please choose a gender and age group (primary or secondary) and clearly label your box (TimeGivers Staff will support with labelling)
TimeGivers will provide wrapping paper, craft supplies, stickers, card-making materials and some basic items to pack…

Registration ticket
The ticket is per child. If you would like to make a donation to TimeGivers then you can select the amount you wish to be. It is not mandatory and you may choose to have a ticket free of charge.
