Age UK highlights the importance of community engagement in combating loneliness among older adults, showing that social connections can greatly improve wellbeing and reduce isolation. By simply spending time together, we can help combat loneliness, promote happiness and strengthen community ties.


Enjoy a relaxing wellbeing session with hairdressers and nail technicians, get creative with arts & crafts, and even sit down with a delicious lunch while meeting new faces from your local area. This is more than just a day out - it’s about building friendships and bridging generations.
