Bring generations together for a morning of games, creativity and wellbeing at The Reed, an intergenerational day care centre in Nottinghill.

Young people, their families and older guests from The Reed will spend the morning taking part in activities together, with plenty of opportunities to chat, have fun and try something new.

Intergenerational activities can help reduce loneliness among older adults while giving young people opportunities to build confidence, empathy and social skills.
