Patricia Myers OBE

Trustee

Patricia Myers began her career as a teacher, both in the U.K. 7 years of which was in the Bahamas where she also held the role as Vice President of  The Freeport Players Guild . This was followed by various roles in the Arts, including Theatre Management and Assistant Chief Officer for Entertainment in Local Government, prior to joining the senior management team of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where she held the post of Registrar for 25 years. During this time, she became a Trustee of the Royal Victoria Hall Foundation and was awarded the OBE for services to Education.

During her career Patricia her roles included: Producer; creating strategic plans and research; developing outreach programmes to enhance and promote opportunities in drama training and encouraging greater diversity. She personally undertook and developed PR; Marketing and Fundraising roles for all the organisations she worked in during her career. Following her retirement, she remains committed to and actively supportive of the Arts.
