Richard Johnston is former CEO of Endemol Shine UK, the leading TV producer of a diverse range of multi-award winning drama. He began his television career in 1996 and has 25 years’ experience of leading creative talent and driving new commercial opportunities. During his time at Endemol, the company grew from a boutique producer to a global powerhouse. Richard has been a trustee of LAMDA and currently Chairs ScreenSkills, the industry-led skills body for the screen industries. He is committed to improving education, training and access to the creative industries.
