Shika Soni

Shika is a board director and general counsel with extensive experience of governance, risk management, and strategic oversight within the global asset management sector, including advisory experience to listed and regulated entities. Dual qualified in England and New York, Shika has over 20 years of senior leadership across boards and committees, including C-suite and company secretary positions at leading organisations in the USA, UK, Europe and the Middle East for Mishcon de Reya, Royal London Asset Management and Principal Asset Management.

Shika is a graduate of the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma and also serves as trustee for the Association for Art History.
