Kate Deighton
Founder
Kate was Team Leader at Kids Company for three years in different East London state schools, collaborating with therapists, promoting health learning and emotional development through play therapy.
After completing a course in therapeutic communications with the Metropolitan University, Kate helped set up mentoring programs, advocating for young people and safeguarding vulnerable children alongside social services.
TimeGivers embodies Kate's exceptional skills as a connector and motivator, and underlines her passion for working with children and the charity sector. Through TimeGivers, Kate promotes intergenerational connection, raising awareness of the impact of service and instilling the values of kindness and the sense of joy and purpose that this can bring, within the caregivers of the future.
Kate then helped the Startlight's Children's Foundation, with their biggest ever fundraiser.
Sarah Holland
Operational Lead
After 12 years in advertising Sarah left the corporate world to offer consultancy services for independent clients across a wide range of areas including strategy and development; corporate identity as well as business guidance and start up services.
Laura Winningham OBE
Strategy Advisor
Laura is the founder of Winningham Impact Ventures, providing strategy consulting services. She was the Co-Founder, CEO and Head of Strategic Relationships at City Harvest, where they delivered more than 40 million meals to vulnerable people.
Richard Johnston
Trustee
Richard is the former CEO of Endemol Shine Global. His current roles include Chair of Screen Skills, Consulting/Acting COO of Space Entertainment Enterprises, Trustee of Heritage of London Trust, Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of LAMDA and member of PACT Council.
Pat Myers OBE
Trustee
Patricia Myers began her career as a teacher, both in the U.K. and abroad. This was followed by various roles in the Arts including Theatre Management and Assistant Chief Officer for Entertainment in Local Government, prior to joining the senior management team of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where she held the post of Registrar for 25 years. During this time, she was awarded the OBE.
